We Bought a Zoo (Ticket)

Well, we didn't really buy a zoo ticket, but I'll talk about that a little bit later.

Last Saturday was my Aunt Nettie, Cousin Jaxson, and Cousin Taylor's birthday.  To celebrate my Aunt Nettie's birthday, I went over to her house to play with her while Mom and Dad went golfing for the first time this season.  I had lots of fun playing with Aunt Nettie and Cousin Curtis!

A few days later, we celebrated Jaxson and Taylor's birthday at Classic Skating.  Because I don't know how to skate, I got to ride in this helicopter!
Yesterday Daddy didn't go to work!  Instead, we drove a long way to go to his friend's wedding.  We are so happy for you Colee and Jonathan!  We spent the night in Montpelier, Idaho.  I did pretty good sleeping in the same room as Mom and Dad - and Mom said she didn't even hear Dad snore during the night (probably because he was too scared he would wake me up if he did)!

On our drive back home today, we stopped in Logan for a few hours.  Daddy had read an article that Willow Park Zoo might be closing, so he said we had to go there.  The reason why it might close is because this zoo is so small, paying for admission is on the honor system.  Daddy made sure to pay because he wants it to be there when I go to Utah State.  He said that it's a fun place to go on dates :)

The first animals we saw were some monkeys.  They were so cute, and I had so much fun watching them.
My next favorite animal was the coyote - it kept running around its cage!  Then we saw the emus and they had some baby emus running around them.  I decided I needed a piggy back ride from my Mommy.

Then we saw the peacock, and it came right in front of us!
After I was done looking at the animals, we decided to go to the park to ride on the toys.  This was my first time on a swing (besides the baby swing).

If you can't tell, I like it.....a lot....I mean, A LOT!!!!!
I also went on the slide.  I liked it too, and I even have a slide in our neighborhood that I can go on everyday.
Did I tell you how much I love the swings?
