This Is the Place

The other day I went to This Is the Place Heritage Park to go to the Petting Zoo.  I went with Miss Mabel and had so much fun!  I was so excited to see the little chicks - "cheep, cheep!"

Hello Mr. Goats - can I pet you?

The sheep were also very nice and let me pet them too.

We also went on the train ride - I wasn't too happy because I just wanted to get up but the train conductor didn't like that.

I also got to milk my first plastic cow!

I sure had fun at the petting zoo - I can't wait to go to the real zoo!

Hoppy Easter!

Another Easter has come and gone, and I loved it!  First, we had a neighborhood Easter egg hunt at the park - we played a variation of "Duck, Duck, Goose" while the eggs were hidden.  I just had fun running around inside of the circle.

Then it was time to hunt for the eggs!

Victory!  I shoved so many jelly beans in my mouth before Mommy even had a chance to stop me.

Look what the Easter Bunny brought me Easter morning!



It was a musical basket, with my very own piano and a recorder.

I even got bunny ears so I could hop around.

For breakfast, I got to eat off of a special bunny plate and Easter egg placemat.

Later that day, we went to Grandma's house where I met the Easter Bunny! 

And of course, he hid some eggs at Grandma's house too.
